I will try to present a point of view that comes from me, Joseph, not that I am right or wrong, necessarily, but rather, this is how I see it. As with the two men in the picture to the left, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr and Malcolm X, both men were very passionate about the things that they believed in; and the were will and did give their lives for that belief. To me, as different as they were or at least appeared to be, they have a worldview as well as an American view. I believed that both of the men loved America, and wanted to see her stand up for and live true to the Constitution, which it was and is founded upon. They grew to believe that the gulf of racial divide was not so great that it could not be bridged.

     I have chosen this picture because, to me, it represents to men with two different approaches that realize that they must come together. They must come together, not just for a one group of people but also for all mankind. It is hard for most American to see Black person as representative of American values. Most people, Black and White, Asian, Latino, Native American, European African, etc., has the tendency to see Black as representing a struggle for civil rights, and often, not always in a positive light, when, in fact our struggle was and still is a struggle for human rights. All the things that any people strive for, so do Black people. I personally believe that when Black or "African American" people make progress, even White people, all people, all around the world begin to be blessed and make progress also; It is not nor has it ever been easy, this is my opinion, and how I see it.           

     Black people continue to be in a struggle to define who they are and what name they shall be called. it is not an easy task, because like the saga of Alex Haley and the story of Kunta Kenta, Kunta Kenta struggles to keep his African name, and be call by that name which his family, the name his mother and father gave to him at birth; The master and the master's overseer insisted on call his name Toby, the name the slave owner wanted him to be called. It is one of the steps that must be taken in enslaving and controlling another human being. It is a major blow when someone loses control over who they are and what name they shall be called, and even if you have to give up your name or what you were originally called, it should be you that is making that choice. This was the case with many of the European immigrants that came to America, for whatever the reasons were they choose to change their name, that is not to say that it was right or wrong, yet, it was, their choice..

     DOES IT DO ANY GOOD TO TRY TO BLAME SOMEONE ELSE FOR THE SITUATION THAT YOU ARE IN? I would and do say, no it does not!

     I say For example, the Palestinians blaming the Israelis. The Israelis are blaming the Palestinians. When the Moslems blame the Jews and the Christians, and the Jews blame the Moslems, and many times the Christians blame the Jews, and the Jews blame the Christians, we will never see God and get beyond our own personal selfish desires. Everyone seems to think, in their own mind, and action, that they are right, and have convinced themselves that they are right. We think that we understand the origins of the conflicts, yet we get seem to accomplish nothing of true unity. Few, if any of any of the people are, as it were, on the same page. I believe that every person alive has a responsibility and burden that they must bear in learning and growing, each one of us, according to the level which we are able to, with due consideration to any physical, or brain damage.

     Christians fight among themselves about the one, two, or three-ness of God; which is He and how? We Christians and Jews fight over His name, and how to pronounce it, or whether it should even be pronounced; what is the truth? A few years ago the Jews were fighting for a homeland. Now the Palestinians say that they are fighting for a homeland. Where is the beginning of the right to a land that they can call their homeland? Where and what are the justifications for the claim to the land that they would call their homeland? And is it, and what is the extent of it? How valid are those claims? As many are doing today there is a relating of one people's struggles to the struggles of another people.

     To justify their actions, many Palestinians are relating their struggle to that of the American Revolution. This is the act and ideas of Politicians, and diplomats. I believe that is difficult to win something in war and expect to maintain it in peace. In war to many people are hurt, wounded, killed and offended, we to easily forget that which was done to them or theirs. It will and does create wounds that do not heal easily, if at all.

      Whether we believe it or follower it or not, the bible says that Love seek not it's own. Love rejoices not in the situations of evil and inequality. As I read about God and the things of God as they are revealed in Jesus, and the 66 books of the (KJV) King James Version of the bible, all humans are related, and indeed all life is related. There is Order in the universe and that order is divinely inspired. We can accept that or deny it; distort it, or dismiss it, yet, the truth of God is was and forever shall be.

     It does not matter what name that you give to God or how you may construct the things that God has, and is doing and saying, God by the very definition of God, Is ONE, and God has one eternal plan and purpose. And a wise God and Father will and is revealing that plan to His bride, His family His children.

           When we debate, fight and divide over who or what God is, and even whether or not there is a God, it can easily become an exercise in futility.

THE GREAT DEBATE

     We ask the question: If there is a God, why does God allow babies and innocents to be killed in wars? And in the case of nature’s disasters, why are so many people killed? And in the case of social, political and religious wars and unrest, why are we so divide, and hate one another so mush? The foolishness and choice of humans are blamed on God, why? We in America live in a culture that blames the foolish choices, and lawlessness of the children on the parents; even when the child has become an adult we blame the parent; and that is not to say that they should not bare some of the responsibility. When the parents or parent has did the best they could to give the child a good and solid balanced up bring, they can rest assured that they have pleased God. Yet, there remain so many unanswered questions.

     There is and rightly so, a point in time when the person must be made accountable for their own actions, a kind of changing of the guards as it were; that point in time which we call an age of consent or accountability; all but those which may be severely mentally, or physically deformed, must give an account for themselves and of the decisions and choices that they make; to then try to blame the parents is not good, right, or Godly.

I have tried many times and with many things to try to make money, to possess it, and to use it, without letting it use and abuse me. One of the things that I feel is important, even critical is to cut through the hype, be honest, and help people get wealth, and use wealth properly. As of the present time God has not allowed me to become financially wealthy, yet, not to make excuses for not having great amounts of money, God has given me and abundance of His word and His love, and as the Psalmist says, The that wait upon the LORD, and that I try to always do. I pray and bless you , the people of GOD with health, wealth and wisdom, in Jesus' name.

It must be realized that we must not dictate how a person must live or use the wealth, which they accumulate. It is a fact that some of the things that we get involved in can do us more harm than good. It may well be that the possible danger of some of the things out there that God has for us is in the timing of the involvement. All humans and indeed all life must experience things for themselves.

One of the things that we can do to help people is to prepare them in the things that we share with them, so that when they are in the midst of the experience, the things that they have been taught will keep they and see they through, whether they live or cross over to be with the Lord. And if God see fit to keep they on this side of eternity, they can, in turn, share with and help prepare others.
